Sukiyaki

A combination of tender slices of beef, enoki mushrooms, vegetables, and tofu all simmered in a sweet and savoury broth. The rich broth brings out the best in the tender beef and silky tofu, while the vegetables add a nice crunch.

Katsu-Don
