Vegetarian Futo Maki

Inari (sweet tofu), cucumber, avocado, and pickled cucumber. Topped with a drizzle of sesame sauce and fried leeks, offering a deliciously fresh and savoury bite.

Lava Roll

Filled with prawn tempura, cucumber, avocado, and tobiko. Topped with our seared signature Konjiki sauce, fried leeks, tobiko, and katsuobushi. Sweet and smoky flavours.

Volcano Roll
